USFWS and USGS vessels moored at the same dock at which lightships had moored a hundred years earlier. A Ryba Marine tugboat can be seen moored behind them. It was our original plan to receive ownership of this dock and the storage building to the left, but the dock was not transferred, and is still used as home port by these federal vessels.
