GLLKA Excursion Refund Policy |

In the event that one of our guests is forced to cancel their reservation for one of our Excursions, a cancellation fee will be charged, and will equal the sum of the following two fees: Administrative Fee – Each registration that is cancelled will be charged a $20 fee. This fee will pay the administrative costs of processing the application. This fee will be charged regardless of the timing of the cancellation and regardless of the availability of replacement participants. This fee is per registration, not per individual. Commitment Fee – Because GLLKA makes and pays for the services months in advance, any cancellations can produce a substantial cost. In the event that the canceling guest can be replaced from a waiting list, there will be no Commitment Fee. If the canceling guest cannot be replaced from a waiting list, GLLKA will retain that portion of the fee that is required to cover GLLKA’s non-refundable expenses. These people will also pay the Administrative Fee. If you have
